Species Interaction Data Workshop: Setup

Before the workshop, please make sure to:

1. Download interactions.csv.gz (~600MB compressed).
2. Watch the “What’s GloBI?” video at https://vimeo.com/89373303 .
3. Be ready to create a new blank Google Sheet at https://sheets.google.com/.
4. Add you name to the participants list at https://pad.carpentries.org/2021-04-28-globi-workshop.

Also, if you are interested in actively coding the “big” dataset (>6M records), please make sure that you are ready to go! We are doing a tutorial in R and you can follow along (but it is not required).
